1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Troski ("the app"), operated by Troski Technologies, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Troski is a community-powered transit information platform for Ghana.

2. Description of Service

Troski provides crowdsourced trotro fare information, queue updates, train schedules, incident reports, and community content ("Trotro Tales"). The service is provided free of charge and is available as a web app and mobile app.

3. User Accounts

Troski uses anonymous device-based identification. No registration, email, or phone number is required. You may optionally set a display name. Your device ID serves as your account identifier.

4. User Content & Reports

When you submit reports (fares, queues, incidents, train updates) or post Trotro Tales, you grant Troski a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use that content within the app. You are responsible for ensuring your submissions are truthful and accurate.

You agree not to: Submit deliberately false or misleading information Upload offensive, harmful, or illegal content Attempt to manipulate the rewards or leaderboard system Use the app to harass or harm other users

5. Rewards & Points

Troski awards points for submitting reports and contributing to the community. Points, levels, streaks, and leaderboard rankings are for engagement purposes only and have no monetary value. We reserve the right to adjust point values or reset rewards at any time.

6. Accuracy of Information

Transit information on Troski is crowdsourced from community members and may not always be accurate or current. Official fares are sourced from publicly available data but may be outdated. Troski is not liable for decisions made based on information provided in the app.

7. Intellectual Property

The Troski name, logo, design, and code are the property of Troski Technologies. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the app without permission. User-submitted content remains the property of the respective users.

8. Limitation of Liability

Troski is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to incorrect fare information, missed transport, or reliance on queue or incident reports.

9. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the app for users who violate these terms, submit spam or false reports, or engage in abusive behavior. Since accounts are device-based, clearing app data effectively creates a new identity.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
